Whats the best non-andro supplement out there

Hey guys I'm new to this board but I have been lifting for about 3 solid years. I have hit a pretty nasty plateau on my bench, and on my arm lifts. My biceps don't seem like they have grown much at all for at least 6 months or so. I really would like to get my bench bigger and it would be awesome if my bi's and tri's would increse in mass. Are there any supplements out there that might help my besides andro, and other steriods, or precursors. I want to keep things safe so that's my approach. Thanks in advance.

DCR,
Alot of people on the board have been talking about V12 Turbo or Vitargo. I was atcually thinking about going after some V12 myself. Look these products up on the net, youll find info.

besides that, change your exercises, or at least the order you do them in...for example, if you start with flat bench and then go to incline, do incline first

Sounds like you just need to eat more....if you haven't gained much on your arms or chest, then it sounds like your body is needing more calories to keep your strength and size gains coming along. Add in 200-500 clean calories per day and see what happens in a few weeks. If not enough calories is not the culprit, then maybe check the following to make sure you are keeping your body in a positive growth state 24/7...

- Adequate water intake for full hydration throughout each day
- Adequate sleep (8 hours or so each night)
- Sufficient amounts of protein, carbs and good fats at each meal
- Consistent training program
- Supplement timing down pat at critical times of the day (pre/post-workout, etc)
- Meal timing down (eating every 2-3 hours)

It seems like i eat plenty. I'm 5'7" and I weigh 148. I Have trouble gaining weight, because I have weighed the exact same for about a whole year now. But I eat a ton, I always eat snacks, I don't eat a ton at one sitting but I eat a lot throughout the day. I probably should vary my lifts. I will vary my lifts and try new lifts too. I probably won't go on creatine because I tried it before and didn't like it at all. I'll prolly just get some good protein and vary my lifts. Thanks guys.

lol i had the same problem as you... i was really skinny and thought i ate a lot but never gained a pound. only when i sat down and made a diet plan for myself (using some of the plans on this site as a guide) was i able to gain weight. you think youre eating a lot but you just need to eat more, and being full is not an excuse... sometimes it hurt to take down that last bite but i did it and i put on a good amount of weight since i started

ya, but the thing is im really not that skinny, by no means am I skin and bones. I know 150 lbs sounds very light but i have a little bit of a gut and i liek to at least think i have a decent amount of muscle for a guy my size. So I'm not like one of those super skinny kids that can't even bench their own weight, I have just hit a plateau and can't seem to get over it.

If you've got a gut and you aren't making gains, you need to clean up your diet.

Look at it this way. This isn't exactly how it is, but it puts things into perspective for those that aren't diet savvy. The "good" parts of your body (stuff besides fat) need a certain amount of "good" fats, protein, and carbs to keep their current size. If you add up the calories from all those that it needs, then you have your total maintance calories that you want to shoot for on a daily basis. So, when you eat something that has some bad fats in it, it isn't helping your cause at all. Your body doesn't use it, it does not pass go, please proceed directly to fat storage.

So, while you may be eating enough calories, you're not eating enough that are useful to your body. If you eat more good foods then it supplies you with what you need to grow more muscle. Make sense?

Oh yeah, and from what I've gathered about this V12 stuff, it's basically just creatine with built in dextrose. It's no different than if you took a scoop of good creatine monohydrate and washed it down with some grape juice.

BAsically im not super thin and I'm not chubby at all i guess you could say im normal but on the skinnier side
