when is best time to tak protein powders supplement


Is it best to take it right a workout or for my last meal when going to sleep?

Cuts: This is a very common question here, so if I may, kindly use the search function and look up "pre-workout" and "post-workout" meals.

A short answer to your question, though, is.... both! Or, you could use a slower-digesting protein before bed like cottage cheese. Look it up and you'll see that this has been covered.
