I've been working out about a year and a half. I'm 5'9 193 lbs. I know my diet is good. My schedule is one muscle group a day. But am I supplementing too much?
1. Glutamine 1st thing in the morning/ Multi-Centrum Performace
2. Protein 95 I add Dextrose
3. Flax Oil
4. Fish Oil
5.
Animal PAK...meal before I work out (cottage cheese and apple)
6. Protein 95/dextrose,creatine
7. 1-MAX-Test/ Max Stack Plus
8. Creatine Monohydrate (GNC)
9. Zinc, Magnesium,B-6 (Not ZMA)
It seems like a lot now, but whever you read most of this is very helpful in
muscle building...any help would be appreciated...
