When is enough ENOUGH?

I've been working out about a year and a half. I'm 5'9 193 lbs. I know my diet is good. My schedule is one muscle group a day. But am I supplementing too much?

1. Glutamine 1st thing in the morning/ Multi-Centrum Performace
2. Protein 95 I add Dextrose
3. Flax Oil
4. Fish Oil
5. Animal PAK...meal before I work out (cottage cheese and apple)
6. Protein 95/dextrose,creatine
7. 1-MAX-Test/ Max Stack Plus
8. Creatine Monohydrate (GNC)
9. Zinc, Magnesium,B-6 (Not ZMA)

It seems like a lot now, but whever you read most of this is very helpful in muscle building...any help would be appreciated...

Hi 190-

Diet should be your first concern, and supplementation secondary. If your diet is good, there's less need for supplements (if any need at all).

If your cash supply is plentiful, then go for the supps if you feel you need them. If you're short on cash, spend it on quality food first, then think about supplements.

Supplements are not *100% necessary* in my opinion if the diet is sound to begin with. JMHO....

Not all supps are beneficial when taken constantly. Drop one of your supps, if there isn't an apreciable change in your recovery ability then you can do without it for a while. Cycling isn't necessary, but it certainly could keep your wallet a bit fatter. And like Tuna said: quality food first!
