I have been using
whey protein for about 3 months now and i have been seeing good results. I am trying to bulk up now so i went out and bought a
weight gainer called Mega Mass 2000. First off I was wondering how good of a supplement this is and if there is any better than it. Also i was wondering when i should take it, and if i should take it in conjunction with whey protein. I am 6"0 and 160 lbs hoping to get a lot higher than that in about 6 months. Any answers or helpful info would be appreciated. Thanks
