and after your workout, you should have a proper balance (and volume) of protein, carbohydrates, and fat. The type of carbohydrate typically shifts to a higher glycemic (GI) format for post-workout, to encourage quick nutrient absorption into the bloodstream.
If you're working out for two hours and not having adequate (and planned) nutrition before and after, then your are really wasting your time.
Paying attention to this single point in your
fitness program will make a world of difference in your results.
