When to take it?

I purchased BBS EndoCre3, and i am wondering if i should take it as it is sinstructed by the company to do so. It says to take one scoop of it 45 minuets prior to working out.... but isnt it said to take creatine after you work out? I am confused

Thank you for your help :

It depends especially when creatine is mixed with other stuff, for example if it is mixed with sugars its best to take it after a workout because your body is going to used those simple carbs to carry creatine, and whey protein (could be included prob not), anyhow if its just creatine mixed with anything other than sugars and the directions said take it i'd take it. Also im not familiar with what your taking so I don't know what its mixed with...
