When to take my supplements


I am currently taking 100% Whey Protein and L-Glutamine (5g powder form)

It says to take the glutamine after my work out, and then another 2 hours after that. When should i take the protein?

Take the protein right after your workout as well!! This is the BEST time to take it, as well as glutamine! Nutritional uptake within your muscles is greatest right after your workouts, so feed them with a good protein shake, along with some carbs, glutamine, creatine etc!

You can also take your protein in between your more major meals, which can actually account for a meal on it's own. This will help keep a steady flow of protein available to your muscles and help up your daily calorie content for gaining more mass.
