Well, it depends on the store and who's running it, but if you are at least on friendly terms with the people at your local GNC you can usually get 45-50% discounts on their prices. A lot of GNCs can't really afford to lose their customers (around here anyway, its funny when I go in there and I find out I'm the first or second customer in 6 hours,) so they're pretty cool to their regulars.

There's also a Sports Nutrition store and one other local store that I can't remember the name of just now that I visit.

Well outside of getting "discounts" based on knowing the employees of a GNC, I doubt you will find prices lower on supplements in a store compared to many online stores.

Discounts as in having a gold card

Anyway online stores charge around 20-30+ per 5 lb tub, most supp stores around here charge the same, BUT no shipping, which is why I don't order online.

If you're going online then Allsportsnutrition.com looks like one of the best deals.

I would recommend Vanilla Protein by Amplify, its cheaper and it tastes awesome

BUYING ONLINES ALOT CHEAPER BUT MORE RISKS TO IT
