Question

Whey and Creatine on Off Days

I have been talking about .8 grams of Whey throughout the day on days that I lift. Should I be taking the same amount on days that I do not working or should I not take it at all? Also, where can I find good whey in bulk?

Also, I want to start utilizing creatine. Does the same apply? Any brand recommendations?

-Thanks

you use whey to help get enough protein in your diet. if you cant reach your numbers without it, then take it. just about every company has 5lb containers for roughly 25 to 30 dollars. ON even has a 10lb bag.

you take creatine on off days also. prolab is a good brand.

What about spacing of the whey and creatine? Post workout should I take one then the other or should I take the creatine first and then the whey say 15 mins later?

I do whey, then 30-1 hr later I take the creatine. I take a whey + milk before bed everynight, creatine only on days I workout, and randomly if I am really sore the next day.
