Pretty sure I'm not lactose intolerant, I eat milk, cheese, yogurt and milk pretty regularly. It's only if I have a lot of milk that I get GI discomforts.

to sum up your question...
Optimum Nutrition, is a blend of 2 different Isolates, 1 concentrate, and Hydrolized whey. so pretty much it has SOME isolates, not all, but some, meaning theres less concentrate in it, but still there is some concentrate in it also! Its a blend but based off what Lady C just said, it mite help by not having so much of the crap in it (the concentrate being the crap), which makes you clear out a room every 10 minutes...
I used a concentrate protien for a few weeks when I first started, I think it was GNCs. and I had bad gas... When I switched to O.N. it all cleared up
LoL. Just saying, O.N. has a good price and good value, you might wanna try that before you buy some exremely expensive 100% isolate.
