Optimum Nutrition Whey seems to be the best bang for its buck anymore... some
protein supplements contain things like creatine, glutamine, more BCAA's than usual, I've even seen some with Andro in it
All that extra stuff is expensive though, your best bet is to check the label on the protein. Check how many grams of protein are in the supplement and how big the serving size is. Something like 25g of protein in a 29g serving size isn't too bad. When you start getting into 20g of protein in a 30g serving size then you know that they're using a good amount of filler.
