Whey Protein,

I thought I would ask you all what you think the best Whey Protein supplement is. I've tried EAS Whey Protein, Designer Whey Protein, Optimum Nutrition's Protein Complex, and now I'm trying another. I found the best results with the EAS, it completely increased my energy during my workout. I did however also notice while reading a book on health that supposedly any protein supplement containing 3 grams of carbs or higher in each scoop was basically fillers and additives.

Optimum Nutrition Whey seems to be the best bang for its buck anymore... some protein supplements contain things like creatine, glutamine, more BCAA's than usual, I've even seen some with Andro in it

All that extra stuff is expensive though, your best bet is to check the label on the protein. Check how many grams of protein are in the supplement and how big the serving size is. Something like 25g of protein in a 29g serving size isn't too bad. When you start getting into 20g of protein in a 30g serving size then you know that they're using a good amount of filler.
