whey protein question

i was woundering how many servings i should take of whey protein in a day. i dont get much protein from food becuz i dont have alot of choices for breakfast or lunch. i get 22grams of protein from 1 serving.

(i was also woundering what would be a high protein breakfast? something i dont have to cook? and for lunch my only option is pizza or hamburger. which would be best?)

for breakfast, you could eat a can of tuna. drain the water, fill it back up with fresh water and drain again, sprinkle some salt and pepper. no cooking. cut up some carrot and celery sticks the night before and pound a can of V8 juice.

as for lunch, why are your choices only pizza and hamburgers? definately skip the pizza, way to much saturated fat. order a hamburger plain with no mayo and lots of veggies on it. when im lazy or on the run i stop by jack in the box and grab a jumbo jack with no mayo

If you look around you might find pint containers of egg whites, just down a couple glasses of this stuff and there you go, protein inmass amounts , or you could just take a few eggs split the whites into a cup and drink drink drink ..... dont forget the water .... lol
