for breakfast, you could eat a can of tuna. drain the water, fill it back up with fresh water and drain again, sprinkle some salt and pepper. no cooking. cut up some carrot and
celery sticks the night before and pound a can of V8 juice.
as for lunch, why are your choices only pizza and hamburgers? definately skip the pizza, way to much
saturated fat. order a hamburger plain with no mayo and lots of veggies on it. when im lazy or on the run i stop by jack in the box and grab a jumbo jack with no mayo
