I don't think it would hurt but I always ran into the problem of it not mixing well in milk but it sure tasted better. I'd say give it a whirl!

Depends what your nutritional intake allows for the day, I have long since stopped using milk post workout, its basically just sugar...... if you take dextrose with your whey then the water shouldn't be too much of a concern, but each to their own. Plus you really could do without the shed load of fat some people get from drinking like 3 pints of milk post workout ... never understood that ...

Milk post workout would slow down absorbtion thus not getting nutrients to the muscles as soon as possible.

Maybe you should try a different brand? To me anyway some of these whey shakes taste pretty darn good- with water even.

You could also try Rice Dream instead of milk- vanilla is my favorite.

a great protein shake

Im taking a great protein shake. It tastes awesome even in water. I use soy milk, even juice. Its non dairy, no fast releasing artifical sugars, with fiber, digestive enzymes, fruit and veggie extracts, and vitamins and minerals, from a natrual whole food plant base. I have had great results. Ive gone down 3 sizes, in 3 months, and my husband lost 30 lbs. The studies on this are amazing. Disease prevention, strengthened immune system , I could go on. I also get 17 fruits and vegetables in capsule form, from the same makers. Its the same as having 8 servings a day. And for every serving you have you reduce your risk of disease by 6-7%. So if anyone wants to prevent disease, and gain some muscle, Ill give you more info.

Is it true that you distribute/sell these products that you are recommending, siouxzette?

I promote these products because they have helped me greatly, not because I can make money at it.
