Whey Protein the Answer?

Well i'm trying to slim down a bit. i really dont have that much fat at all(10.7% fat) but i want to lose some for wrestling. I was wondering if i should have a low carb, high protein diet or a high carb low protein diet. I also want to maintain all the muscle and strength that i have right now. if a high protein diet is the answer, should i think about taking whey protein shakes, as a meal replacement w/ some additives in it?

Might want to check out the diet forumn beofre posting in the supplement section. Just my .02$

You'll get more of what your looking for. Choosing adjustments to your diet really shows you've got a decent grasp of what we try and accomplish here and not looking for the "magic" pill

Check it out . . . .
