Hey mods... If a few of us can put together a decent FAQ on creatine and (whey) protein, can we make it a sticky and save everyone lots of time? People are pretty patient here but I feel some coming on...
I figure we'd cover only the basics, and nothing hotly debated: when, how, why, kinds, etc.
I'd gladly draft one and email it to some others in the know for revisions.
If not, then please tell me which creatine I should use, and if it's OK to take it with whey protein...
