I used myoplex for years, but they changed the flavors and I wanted to pay less hence - just protein from Optimum Nutrition.

What about their phosphagen? or betagen?

I'm not too familiar with their other products. I keep MRPs at my desk at work. Switched from Myo to Isopure, but i'm going to switch back.

Why are you asking? You got some that "fell off the truck"?

Moved this to Supplments and Drugs.

I personally dont use any MRP's or Protein bars as they really are not all that great. I prefer good ol whole food that I make a week in advance (I LOVE tupperware).

Phosphegan is good, but too much money for my tastes.

I have used the Betagen when it had ephedrine. It did its job but I couldn't handle it. It kept me awake at night and very shaky from the caffene. Otherwise it was fine for a thermogenic.
