I take these one's here -----> http://www.megafood.com/essentialsconcept.htm
I switched over to these for a month to see if I liked em. They are decent but I prefer my other brand, New Chapter here ------> http://www.new-chapter.com/product/pro_nutrient.lasso
Both are very inexpensive!

I personally have read many things on how synthetic multi's are not properly absorbed as made evident by the dark yellow color of your urine a few hours after you take them. For this reason I have switched over to an all natural liquid multi that I think I get much better absorbtion from.

I take MegaMen from GNC. I also take vitamin C, E, Biotin, and a couple others on top of that depending on how my body is feeling at the time.
