I know there is a lot of suppliments out there so I'm gunna ask here cause you all are really knowledgable about this stuff. I'm 17 years old, I play football and throw for the track and field team, I've been lifting for about a year (with some breaks), I weigh around 200 lbs. What would be the regiment of suppliments for me, if my main goals are being stronger and bigger (more stonger than bigger though)?
