Hey guys. I was just wondering if you guys could tell me which supplement is good for gaining muscle, and cutting fat? I've been working out for over a year now and I've gained a fair amount of muscle, and loss a LOT of fat. Now I want to help speed up my muscle growth, while at the same time cut some fat to help show my six-pack (or if it doesn't cut fat, atleast not take away from my definition). If any of you guys could recommend something I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Creatine is perhaps the best supplement to take for aiding in lean muscle gain. Of course whey protein is and should be number 1, because no protein = no muscle, period! Your definition showing through will depend on your overall daily diet, and the amount of body fat % you have/maintain.
