Which Vitamins?


I don't take any vitamins, but feel I should.

What vitamins do you reccommend?

I take 3 multi vits a day and also chomp on some vit c pills throughout the day Disgard the RDA's as with the trianing your gonna need a lot more, get as much as many as you can

Stack up on the old Vit C, especially after your workout when it is needed for recovery. A good multivitamin is also essential.

I can not stress enough, though, the importance of taking omega 3/codliver oil, in especially if you do weights (for the joints, etc.)
