Me, but I am cutting. I noticed a lot more with 600mg/meals 5x day.
I am
currently taking 300mg w/ meals for my cut and I've lost a little bit of fat this week. I will say however, I am much more vascular again. I can't honestly tell right now. Everyone seems to post phenomenal things about it and I am not noticing much. I think I am going to switch to Metformin for the last four weeks of my cut (it's cheaper). Either that, or double my dosage back up.
It's not really burning fat. It's increasing the receptors on your myocites so more of your glycogen will be pushed into the muscles. Just like normal, if you overeat your receptors can get full and the rest will spill into your fat cells. If you REALLY overeat you have the potential of getting twice as fat because it also increases the receptors on your fat cells. I honestly don't see that as a problem though.
I've felt I get a "pump" now when working out. I never shot for the pump, I just shot for controlled
muscle failure and low number of sets.
I plan on keeping with it. I may try some other brands as well. The thing that scares me is most people say when you take it on an empty stomach you get severe heatburn. I've taken 600mg with 2 sips of water and had no problems. Makes me wonder about potency.
