Easy Zed, Lee's knowledge is second-to-none. I did crash fairly hard following my cycle. If I had the chance to do it again I would've used a single-ester Test on it's own like you (The Deca gave me bad bloat and acne)

Good to see you're goin to taper your dosage, if you came off 750mg of Test a week you really would crash hard.

I found that cycling Clen and an ECA helped me from crashing even harder. Clen will block the receptor sites making your your body much less catabolic and will allow you to continue eating a high-calorie diet while not storing larg amounts of bodyfat. Taper up the dosage and switch with an ECA after 2 weeks use.

I'm interested as to how you've planned your post-cycle in terms of diet, training, anti-e's etc.

post cycle will consist of nolva and clomid
clomid -100mgs 5 days then 50mgs for 9 days
nolva -20mgs ed 14 days
hcg-not all that necessary for cycle this length
(some ppl might say my clomid dosage is too low but i disagree)

training-just basic heavy lifts, dropping it down to 4 reps to keep strength up, just gonna focus alot on recovery

diet will be the exact same, ill post my diet up

protein shake (500ml low fat milk, banana, 2 scoops Prolab whey)
580 calories 65 grams protein 69 grams carbs

sandwich (2 piece whole wheat bread, 8 turkey slices, pastrami, mustard)
250 calories 30 grams protein 36 grams carbs

cottage cheese (250 grams)
212 calories 30 grams protein 12 grams carbs

protein shake (500ml low fat milk, 2 scoops Prolab whey)
470 calories 65 grams protein 32 grams carbs

2 vector bars
400 calories 18 grams protein 68 grams carbs

3pm – 8 pm

You need way more carbs IMO..... if your going to hit it hard in the gym you will need like 500.

Jesus.....I dont see where I was offensive to you? Calm it my friend.....

Good luck on keeping that 240+ lbs, that's the real test, but I'm sure you'll do just fine. Do I juice ? If I didn't how would that affect my knowledge on the subject ? I'll let you decide the answer to the questions you've asked. My stats as of today :

it would definetly not effect your knowlege, however, if there is one area that personal experience is most important when it comes to steroids it is pct, theres no way to know how a person will feel when coming off 750mgs of test from reading books, especially since everyone's body reacts differently

That's very true Zed, everyone reacts differently to AAS. But the use of testosterone will suppress your natural test levels especially at higher dosages. When you come off you will notice a drop in strength and weight, but it is up to you how deal with this.

Your diet and post-cycle therapy look good bro, you've obviously done your research. Keep your diet high in cals right through PCT, keep the training intense but tone it down a little on terms of frequency and intensity.

Don't get on Lee's back bro, trust me he knows what he's talking about. :thumbup:
