Bro I've used Xenadrine in the past with good effect (from 16%-10% BF in 9 weeks) but I have to say that I did experience a significant loss in muscle mass.
However if you are careful with your calories, consume enough protein and keep your lifting hard and heavy, there is no reason why you can't keep your
muscle loss to a minimum.
(during this cutting phase I had a particularly hard gardening job that took a lot of of me, I wasn't really taking any notice of the calories I expended when I was digging all day)
If your job is less demanding then it will be easier to keep a track of your calorie intake/expenditure.
