Will Stacker 2 w/ Ephredra kill me?
I'm real interested in taking Stacker 2 this summer to loose some much needed pounds. But at times I do some very strenous labor. Will this stuff kill me? I also play football in the fall. If I take Stacker during June and July, will I be alright in August for football?
I just don't wanna clunk over dead from this stuff. I hear Ephredra free isn't that good?
Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks

My theory is....if the thought alone pose's a threat your better off without it.I tried Hydroxycut last summer w/ephredra to "help" cut the fat around my stomach before i went into bulking up and i did not keel.Yet that was also before i knew of the threat of ephredra, while on it at times i felt a little drosy but never sick then again i also drank a load of water. In the end i say stick with basic cardio or cardio,a nice diet, and stacker 2 "without" ephredra.

If in doubt check with your physician if you are in the grey area on any of the risk factors when it comes to ephedrine supplementation (just check the disclaimer on any bottle or on the internet). Most people will do fine on ephedrine products if they are healthy and don't overdose but if you're uncertain, either check things out or stay away from it. The stress of worrying about it might make you more harm than the ephedrine would...

Will Stacker 2 without ephedra do the same for me tho. I plan on working out 4 mornings a week, taking Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday off. I plan on doing some conditioning work also, to get ready for the football season.
I plan on using one bottle, 100 capsules. We'll say 2 meals a day, about a month and a half of use. i would be off for almost a month before football started.
Its not that I am so worried, its just that I wanna know what i'm getting into, for the sake of my body and my wallet.
Could somebody list advantages/disadvantages to using Stacker 2 vs Stacker 2 w/o w ephedra
Thanks

Do you know what those factors may be? I took Hydroxycut for a small period of time and it cuased my heart to skip. I would be sitting still and I could feel my heart slow down and almsot skip a beat and then it was fine for a little while. I was looking at getting back into Xanedrine w/ ephedra. I had taken it in the past however I stopped when all the ephedra scares came out althought I didn't seem to have any side effects.
Thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated lads!
Cheers

I actually do not subscribe to any of the fat burners out on the market. The reason is that they are tailored more for the everyday person. These are made to inhibit appetite which many of you can atest to, so they mainly work in the everyday joe because they eat less, less calories = weight loss.
Now for you and me that is trying to gain muscle we know that not eating is horrible because your body has a safety switch where it starts eating muscle.
So if you can eat enough and force the food down then take them if you want to, otherwise it is much more important to eat often to use fat efficiently than it is to take supplements that release free fatty acids into the blood stream to be used as energy, as far as fat loss goes.

i take Xanedrine w/ ephedra and love it. Helps me with energy and burn fat when cutting BUT USE IT CORRECTLY . All this hype is crazy. Have people died from this stuff ? yes. Then why am i taking it ? cause i use it right. Drink plenty of water and dont over dose. Like the company said "...no one has ever died who has used our product in a correct fashion..." Now i agree if its something that can kill you ummm damn ! but as long as its used correctly i think there shouldnt be a problem with it. No way am i promoting it , its not for everyone, some of my friends get light headed etc. check with doctor if you have any medical problem exp like high blood pressure. It just ticks me off sometimes that i have to pay for someone else being stupid.
Just me though.

i plan on using this stuff correctly. I would rather loose a few pounds then a lot and kill myself.
Thanks for the help.
Another question: I know it varies between people, but about how much can I loose taking one bottle of Stacker 2 with ephedra in it. I am 6'0" 255 pounds. My goal is about 225, 230. Is this goal achievable after one bottle. I plan on lifting wieghts 4 mornings a week, with some conditioning. Also I will be working on the farm in the summer. What should my results be like. I know you can't predict them, just give me a solid idea of where i could be at.
Also, is it ok to use creatine while on Stacker 2?

i wouldn't keep that mindset, 1 bottle = so many pounds. That will lead of over use. Xenadrine or whatever helps but doesnt work wonders. 25lbs isnt too much IF you are really dedicated. Correct diet, food, sleep. Put they all together and you can reach just about any goal.

They're printed right on the bottle. You can also chekc any one of the larger online supplement stores as they usually have the nutrition labels on their sites so you can check them out before buying.
