Women Body Building

I am just getting into body building, and as a woman, am looking for the best supplements, powders, etc for maximum performance with my workouts in building muscle. Any suggestions would be so helpful.

I have tried looking up professionals workout plans and what supps they take, but it is hard to find women body builders who are 6 foot, such as me, to compare to. If anyone knows of any tall professional body building women that I could look up, that would be very helpful.

thanks!

Whether you are male or female, if your goals are the same then you would train the same.

Here are some female bodybuilders:

Women Body Builder

Striker2,
Thanks for your reply. But I don't know if I agree with you on training being the same for men and women. There are indeed a lot of similarities, but in turn, there are also quite a few special needs that don't benefit one gender as much as another.

I am mostly looking for supplement information, powders, etc to enhance my work outs for body building that work best for women.

Any information you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hey we're here to help each other out.
I'm more of a powerlifter then anything.
But any help I can give I will.

Kitara, absolutely! I totally agree with ya, there are plenty of other smart women bodybuilders who know A LOT about fitness on this board. I didn't mean to sound like MuscleMama was the only one. Cause I know that all of you women rock! I just meant that from the posts that I've read, it seems MuscleMama is a very hardcore women bodybuilder who seems the most concerned with getting big to what I've noticed. After all, she's a lean and muscular 164 lbs which is amazing.
