x-factor


theirs a product at bb.com made my legal gear...it supposadly messed with you AA acids and a few guys on their are gettin a good 6-12 poudns heavier froma 50 day cycle of it. looks interesting wondering what your guys opinions might be on this?

X-factor is basically the fatty acid arachidonic acid. Most of what I have been reading has it being found in smooth muscle (such as the heart), not skeletal muscle. Other than the fact that it is involved in the production of prostglandins I don't see much evidence that it can cause a 10 pound muscle gain over a two month period.

My take: give it several months for the hype to wear down. If it is for real then it will be just like creatine and prohormones, and the buzz will be all over the place.

If it is arachidonic acid it will be useless and not give these type of gains
