Xenadrine EFX (ephedrine free)

I ran out of Hydroxycut and decided to try the ephedrine free fat burner Xenadrine EFX Just to give it a try because of all the talk about ephedrine being banned. I have been on it for two weeks and so far I have two comments,

1. It doesn't give you the jitters of any kind which is good, 2. It doesn't suppress my appetite at all like the Hydroxycut cut did.

I am not sure the total effect of the supplement but the appetite suppressing is really what I liked about the hydroxycut and I was hoping to get the same results in the EFX product I guess it's not the same thing after all. Bummer.

Hydroxycut really works good. Is it the Jitters that bothers you? If you are looking for a cheaper route then I know of one.

The best that I found that worked great for me was

Ephedrine 20mg
Caffeine 200mg
Aspirin 325 mg

3x daily with a full glass of water.

This can cause jitters but for some people it don't.
I get a ton of energy off this and great to suppress appetite.

This is something that you would want to cycle because the body adapts very easily.

You don't get any stomach pain with this? That seems like an awful lot of aspirin; my stomach is cramping just thinking about it.

Never had any problems. The only problem that I ran into is my body adapting to it.

With an ECA stack you don't really need to take all that aspirin three times a day. You'll still get the effect from less....let's say 200mg. Personally I take only 100mg.

BTW, does anybody even know why Aspirin makes part of the stack?

Unfortunatly there are no magic pills. Use the Xen and keep to the same portions that you were eating when using Hdxy, just because you may feel a bit more hungry does not mean you have to eat.

Give the Xen a chance to work but you must remain in control of all the bits that Xen cannot help.

Good luck bro!!

The aspirin helpd the effectiveness of the ephedrine. Once you take ephedrine or ephedra based products for so long, your beta receptors get so used to having the stuff in your system, they tend to "Shut-Down" so to speak. The aspirin helps open them back up, so you're better off taking the 325mg, which is only one aspirin.

Hey God-II. (nice nick)

I see it like this: Ephedrine constricts you veins, isn't it? Aspirin thins out your blood, so it flows easier through your constricted veins. My opinion anyway.

Actually the jitters don't bother me, I was simply giving my opinion about the ephedrine free product and that it didn't suppress my appetite as well as the hydroxycut. That's all. Thanks for replying though.
