Xenadrine killing appetite, help!

Hey Gang,

On my third day of Xenadrine and I'm doing pretty well on half dosage, even though the first day I was spaced way the hell out. I think I'm gonna move up to regular dosage in about a week. Anyways, my appetite has gone out the window with this stuff, don't get hungry for hours, any suggestions? I'm drinking water like a fish.

Its so hard to try and stuff down food when you aren't hungry..son of a $%@!#!

Just eat small portions six times a day, they go down even if you are not hungry

Keep up the good work

If you feel you can't eat, have a protein shake. It's easier to drink something than eating when you aren't hungry.

i know its easier said than done but force yourself to eat. i have to do that all the time. when im at work i have to take my break within a certain time period whether im hungry or not. i have to force myself to eat especially if i have a big breakfast. its not an easy thing to do but you gotta do what you gotta do. btw, how exactly do things that curb your appetite actually curb it? i have never understood how that works.

i understand

I started to take xenadrine about 2 years ago. When I first started my appetite def. went out the window, and I lost about 10 lbs... but really didn't need to. However, over time (i take them in cycles- I will take xenadrine for about 2 months, then off 1), they don't effect my appetite as much, just increase my ability to work out and increase the duration.

I do find, however, that it really messes with my sleep cycles... bad... I have trouble sleeping anyways... and if I take it after 3pm foget about a good night sleep that night, unless i plan on going out later and having a few drinks lol.

Well... I would suggest to drink protein shakes as well, it is easier to drink something, than chew when you don't feel like food... or the thought of food may even repulse you... know what I mean?

But give it some time and it should come back. Until you are able to eat and all that, i might wait to up the dosage to 2 pills???

thanks
Blair
