Xenadrine RFA-1 120

hi all, need to know if this stuff is any good for me at all, and how you recommened i should take it , i thought along the lines of half the recommended dose for the first week , which would be 1 capsule before morning workout , then the next one mid afternoon before workout for best effect ? , After a week would it be wise to move upto 2 capsules in the morning and 2 mid afternoon before workouts ?

cheers lee.

That sounds like a good way to use it Lee. Start low and see how you react to it. This way you can quit using it if you find it doesn't agree with you. I have gone up to the higher doses without ill effects.

I'm a little on the conservative side and not a professional but personally at 16 I think your too young to be using the stuff unless your competing professionally. In high school I knew a football player that would take mini thins before the game to give him more awareness. He had a heart attack his senior year. Coincidence? Maybe, but at 16 you've got a lot of growing to do just eat good eh.

Spinster has a good point Lee. Your body is still brewing hormones like crazy and you should be very conservative about adding outside influences. Good nutrition, sleep, and self discipline will be your biggest assets.
