Xenadrine, Trimspa, Stacker 2

Could someone tell me their experiences with Ephedra free "fat burners." I have taken Xenadrine with Ephedra and almost had a nervous breakdown. I was so wired, would sweat sitting still, felt sick just looking at food, and had such a headache. This was with only 1 pill in the AM and 1 pill after lunch. I tried Xenadrine without Ephedrine. I didn't have any side effects, but I also didn't feel like I was getting any kind of "boost". Does one not work the same as the other???

You just answered your own question.

If you didn't feel anything it probably was not working for you. I do not know anyone who has tried the ephedrine free stuff and been happy with it.

I take Xenadrine ephedra free and have lost ALOT of weight.I have a great diet and am on a 4 week HIIT program.I wouldn`t suggest this to you but I personaly take 4 pills about 1 hour befor I go to the gym.I had to work my way up to the 4 and now 3 weeks into it my body has grown to it.When I first started I was taken 2 pills befor cardio, I realy didnt feel much.As I got to 4 pills I could feel myself getting jittery.

You could probably loose the weight without the drugs if you have a great diet.

True but im known to cheat...lol

The bottle is about 1/2 gone and when it is empty I don`t think I`ll be taken it anymore.I have more or less hit my goal weight and am begining to feel very happy with myself.I am 5`10 and weighed in at 240 lbs.I am now at 185 my BF is down to around 15%.I feel like a new person.
