Question

Xenadrine Vs. Hydroxycut

Hi. I'm curious about which one (Xenadrine or Hydroxycut) works better. Thankyou!

Here is a good site for comparing fat burners. Which burner is best? This site makes a lot of good points about using fat burners. My wife and daughter both like Xenedrine. Myself, I prefer Googlesterones and a NYC stack. Seems to work better for me.

I tried Xenadrine before, and it didn't do too much for me, but it gives good results for some of the others. Be sure to look around before you try anything heavy though.

Ok, I dont want to sound like your mother or anything like that, but isnt ephedrine harmful?
Why would you want to raise your blood pressure and heart rate?
Are there studies that show it isnt harmful?
Isnt it just like taking a sudafed?
I just dont see the benefits of putting that extra strain on your body when a little more hard work should be able to burn the fat.

And then, I could be completely wrong.

Over use of ephedrine is what causes problems. Most of what makes it into the press are those horror stories where people are either allergic to it and have a bad reaction, or they overdose on it. You wouldn't believe the amount of people who feel that if a little is good, then alot will be better. Like all things in life, use it in moderation and you should be ok. It has been proven over and over again to work. Doctors don't like it because it isn't something that is backed by pharmaceutical companies, and money, much as no one likes to admit, drives what is listed good or bad.

cut through the muck Jess

hey again Jesse,

I checked out that website that Iron recommended to compare the different fat burners. Looks pretty good but very long and tedious. Let me cut through the BS for you. You are perfectly capable of coming up with a cost per pill for yourself I'm sure. So I'll just concentrate on the meat of it. Some fat burners still use caffeine instead of the much superior ephedra ingredient. And some use a combination. Ripped Fuel still uses a combination of caffeine and ephedra which works great. The label won't say caffeine. It'll probablysay phenylalanine (caffeine). They don't really want you to know that you're really buying a cup of coffee. Xenadrine and Hydroxycut both have ephedra. Conclusion: all of these fat burners that have ephedra will do the trick basically the same when the dosage is comparable. Different products have different claims but they're all standing in a line in the "buff", they are still either ephedra or a combo of ephedra and caffeine. Ripped Fuel is one of the originals and works great. It is less hyped and is a bit older than the others so it is probably cheaper and just as effective as Xenadrine or Hydroxycut. Other than those three, it's irrelevant. Buty one and get started.

by the way, hope you got something out of my response about the abs.

Lightbulb

again, the question is "what is the best fat burner"

can we get an up-dat on this.

the previous information that was posted is now, outdated. the new hydroxycut does not contain ephedra nor phenylalanine.

the sight that it was linked to compares ephedra products.
