Yellow Jackets / Yellow Swarm

I have used yellow jackets off and on for almost 2 years now. I think that in moderation and experimenting, they are perfectly fine for most people.
If you are having or have had problems with yellow jackets-it is probably because the bottle says, and I quote; 'consult a physician or licensed qualified health care professional before using this product if you have, or have a family history or heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurrent headaches, depression or other psychiatric condition, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement, or seizure disorder or if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor…’and etc.
It also says; 'The maximum recommended dosage of ephedrine for a healthy adult human is 100 milligrams in a 24-hour period for no more than 12 weeks. IMPROPER USE OF THIS PRODUCT MAY BE HAZARDOUS TO A PERSON'S HEALTH. Improving recommended serving WILL NOT IMPROVE RESULTS.'

The servings it recommends are; 'One capsule after meals. Not to exceed 3 daily.'
So all those who are taking yellow jackets sooner than the ~ONE CAPSULE in NO LESS THAN 4-6HOURS after the previous capsule was taken and !!!NOT TO EXCEED 3 A DAY!!!~ You are making your own problems and it is not the pills. Some people have negative reactive reactions to them and if they have such a reaction...they need to AVOID TAKING THEM ANYMORE or they will be responsible for their own actions.
The words above within quotes ( '&' ) are taken right off of a bottle of yellow jackets. I have only typed them in so that you may read what exactly the bottles say.

Every time I take them...I clean everything in site. I have lots more energy for whatever I need. I also have the motivation for exercise of any sort that I usually never have. I also get sidetracked easily, but while I am taking yellow jackets, I don’t get sidetracked hardly ever if ever at all as I did before I took them.
I used to work at a Subway in Hawaii and I had trouble working without some kind of addition to my diet. Problems like being tired all the time, sitting around in the back, and often getting sidetracked as I just mentioned. After I started taking yellow jackets I began working at my peak. I would/could do more work faster and in less time than any of my other co-workers including the manager. I received several promotions for my work thanks to yellow jackets.
I have had a negative reaction once but that was only because I took either 3 or 4 at one time and at the end of the 2nd day I was so tired I couldn’t sleep. Why was that? Because I didn’t follow the directions that were plainly stated on the package. Directions and warnings are there for your safety not to be annoying.
Yes they do speed your heart rate, they do make you jittery (and ready to use your energy), and make your body work harder...but you forget that they are supposed to do just that. If you don’t want those effects then don’t take them. I will continue to take them because I have yet to have problems while following the directions on the bottle and listening to my body. I hope you do the same. Thanks. ~Owen

Yeah. I take them only twice a week before my hardest workouts(back and shoulders). In moderation, they are extremely safe and harmless. The problem is that you have the biased media bad-mouthing ephedra because it makes better news material to report gossip and hearsay rather than report the health risks of smoking or other more solid news material. Because of this, Sen. Dick Durbin wants to make ephedra a controlled substance similar to crack cocaine. That cocksucker Durbin can kiss my ass and go to hell. His fat ass has never seen a treadmill, much less a weightroom. Like we need that fat **** telling us what's healthy. Sorry for the rant. I just had to blow off some steam.
