Thumbs up

yes another creatine one!

I am taking about 8 grams of creatine a day, i havent been drinking as much water as u say i should be on creatine, yet i see great results in my strength, as well as in the formation and size of my muscles. So why would that be if i am not drinking much water?

Careful with that one green guy. Are your lips dry in the middle? They feel chapped?

It's because your muscles are retaining the water that you ARE taking in.

It's very important to drink plenty of water ALL the time, EVEN MORE SO when taking Creatine.

Drink more water.

Dry lips is a sign of dehydration. Another signal you should pay attention to is the colour of your urine. You should "pee clear" as the saying goes. The yellower it is, the more dehydrated you are.

Cheers,
Hav

There is a B vitamin that can make your piss yellow, I forget which one it is. But still, make sure you're drinking enough.

Water...lots of water. Doesn't matter if you are on creatine or not...lots of water is still a good idea , though over 16oz in an hour isn't a good idea.
