yet another aas novice, please entertain me

Hi Guys,
Have been looking at the posts on this site for a couple of months now and i am pleased to see that most, if not all of you guys, stress how important it is for steroid virgins (like myself) to think things through very carefully. I have been considering undertaking a cycle and have been doing research on the various compounds that are available, and any other advice that would benefit me. This site has proved invaluable on many different levels (i thank you!) could you please answer these questions for me.

I am 28 and have been training since i was 19, gaining just 16 Lbs in that time, to bring my weight up to 161 Lbs. I train 4 times a week, religiously. I have always been very lean with a low level of body fat, which is a gift in a way because i always look ripped, but gaining mass is very difficult. I have a very defined goal, like you guys have been talking about, and that is what has kept me training all this time. But in the last year or so little or no gains have been made, tried everything. I am looking to be as safe as possible, but make good gains (so that my final after cycle size will be reasonable) and as short a cycle as possible. Could you rate this cycle or give me more informed Knowledge of a better one.

Primobolan Depot 200mg/week, 5 weeks
Dianabol 15mg/week, 4 weeks
nolvadex 25mg/day, 5 weeks

What can i take to protect liver from Dianabol

Thanks!

If it took you 9 years to gain 16lbs you need to learn a lot about nutrition.

On the same note: If you don't eat enough calories you won't grow. That is whether you are ON or OFF of AAS. I suggest you up your current calories by about 500 a day (count on www.fitday.com) and see if you gain weight. If you don't, up them again. Then realize that when you're on AAS you will need to be eating more that to get maximum benefits.

Dianabol ? , it may just be me, but that is not one in which you should takeon your first cycle, why go that deep in ? if your going to do it , keep it simple man, use the noob roids, I wont inform you of any cycles directly because I dont think I have the expertise or If you are actually allowed by the forum, but PLEASE read up more. But I agree with galileo. 9 years !? 16lb !? what were you doing ?

If ya don't gain training four times a week, maybe ya shouldn't train four times a week! Try cutting down to two full-body workouts a week and see if that doesn't help... and oh yeah, what those other guys said about nutrition is really important too.

If I can gain mass without benefit of more than minimal levels of testosterone, surely there's a lot more you can do before going on dianabol.

I have to agree with galileo. Get your eating in order before you waste any money on the cycle. Taking them won't get you big unless you nail the diet and weights properly.

Are you eating 6 times per day? Getting about 4000 calories each day? Make sure you are before you take the plunge.

Food is THE most anabolic substance you could EVER take!

Primobolan Depot 200mg/week, 5 weeks
Dianabol 15mg/week, 4 weeks
nolvadex 25mg/day, 5 weeks

ok this is almost a waste

primo is so week it isnt worth the money
Dbol at 15mg per day and i am sure that is what you meant
is nothing, you dont need to worry about your liver at that dosage

nolvadex at 25mg per day???? For what
you dont need it on that cycle
keep some on hand just incase of a tingly nipple but
that is way over kill on the nolva and way under kill on the dbol
primo at 200 per week is nothing

That whole cycle sucks even for a first one
If you need more help on cycle construction please let me know

The novladex will hinder a nice portion of gains. If you want to run an anti-estrogen through your cycle I'd suggest .25mg of anastrozole (arimidex, liquidex) ED or EOD.

Wink

Thanks for the input, i do eat excellently though, especially after training. Have been using AST VP2 protein powder for past 6 months too, as well as creatine, but still to no avail. I train with incredible focus and form, but have moved only slightly up the weights this year.
I have always been one of these guys who can eat like f_ck and not put on any weight, again perhaps a blessing, but not in this game. I will review my diet though and see if i can't better it some how. In the mean time while I am here could you guys suggest a cycle, that i could contemplate, that would meet my previous criteria.

Thanks for your time!

Eating "excellent" and eating enough to grow are two different things. I'd eat excellent, but throw in an extra 500 calories per day this week. If you don't gain weight, throw in another, ad naseum.

As a former aas user myself, who started with much of the same problem as you, I give you this advise:

Remember that simply increasing your protein intake to be 2 1/2 times your body weight will GREATLY improve your gains. Also, make sure you find a balance between using heavy weights with low reps, while also making sure you get a VERY good burn. I think those two key factors will help you make the gains you are looking for. However, if you are intent on using gear, I HIGHLY suggest you use a product calle "milk thistle" to protect your liver. I had to stop using because my liver enzymes had reached a serious level (I too used dianabol). So, I suggest you weigh your options before taking what may seem as the "easy" route.

Thanks for that,
Always good to hear about the experiences of people with similar difficulties. What kind of gains did you make when you increased your calories, the other guys were talking about 3000-4000 calories a day, is that not like 1/2 Cow? Also i have heard of this milk thistle but havent got a clue as to what it is can you educate me there.

Many Thanks!

Forget the milk thistle and take ALA. It's a proven liver protectant where as the jury is still out on the milk thistle. The last think you want is hepatic problems.
