Don't know anyone who has used it but I am always a little skeptical of the so called published results making some outrageous claims. Don;t they sell this stuff at Walmart's as well? How bout listing the ingredients, may help us out a bit?

From what I can tell it's somewhere between a thermogenic and herbal junk like ephedra free hydroxycut.
What do you want to know? Will it aid you in fat loss?
Yeah it can because green tea and combo of the other ingredients can help but won't do a thing without eating right and doing a fair amount of HIIT cardio.
Is it safe?
Yeah as log as you don't go nuts with it and begin taking large dosages.
Basically it will attempt to raise your body temperature and speed up your metabolism thus allowing you to burn mre calories but dones;t give you the benefit of not exercising or eating right. With those two things this stuff is complete junk but if you willing to eat right and train hard this stuff will help you a little but don't expect a miracle
good luck

DaLinkWent is totally correct, I agree with him. To put some point to my post though, this product looks to me like a shot at a poor Xen or likewise product rip-off....take a look at the ingriedients.....yes they're going to work, but damn all this stuff on the market now has got the same stuff in, all they do is give or take a few ingreidients and slap a new flash name on it and call it a thermogenic. Generally anything with those listed ingreidients is going to be 'designed' to be a thermogenic, they're are much better options out there just gotta look for em.

Lean System 7 is good stuff from what I've heard . . . . pricey but from what I've heard people who took it liked it. Lee knows more about but news I heard is good

DaLinkWent is right on once again. LS7 is, undoubtably the best fat burner that is legal and available I have ever tried.... seriously it's had nothing but good reports. I've posted numerous times about this product if you want more details on how it works etc you can either look on the site or I can go into a bit more detail...but all that's to be said is that assuming your diet and workout are all good, you wont be sorry for using LS7 IMO. You can get it from here :
http://www.nutros.com/Nutros/home/sh...ct.jsp?id=1729
Or do a store search on this site :
http://www.leansystem7.com/locate.jsp
Others in the USA may be able to help you with the sites, I'm from the UK myself. Hope that helped.

Lately, I haven't the time for anything...sometimes, I haven't the time to eat. When I do eat, it's always a few bites and off I go again. By the time I hit the gym at the end of the day, I'm so exhausted and barely able to keep up with my usual cardio routines.
I stopped by GNC today for a little help. I told the sales representative my problem and she suggested me a few products such as Hydroxycut and Zantrex. The problem is...I've never even heard of these products. Maybe I should watch more TV. =P She informed me that Zantrex should give me a boost of energy before my daily workout routines. I trusted her and I bought it. Upon leaving..she said goodbye with, "remember to eat more!" Right before my workout, I tried one dose. I did notice a boost of energy, but by the time I came home...I was completely wired. I rarely ever get to eat..and when I had a chance to eat dinner tonight, I couldn't even touch my food. I did some more research online and I found that this supplement was also an appetite suppressant. I am so completely disappointed in myself for not asking more questions. I'm thinking about just returning it....or do you think I should give this supplement another chance? argh.

il be honest,
THATS exactly what i did, I GOT SOOOO wired cuz one serving which is 2 capsules has 4.5 CUPS OF CAFFEENE !!!
i returned it and listening to LEE B 's advice and reasearch,
i used LEAN SYSTEM 7.
THIS STUFF WORKS!!! just remember U SHOULD DO CARDIO 5 DAYS A WEEK, even if u get only 10 mnts.....DO IT.
but cardio everyday and clean eating will make LEAN SYSTEM 7 the best friend. use the link on the previous page to locate it or on its site,
GNC IS EXPENSIVE !!!
