Human Growth Hormone, after the growth plates in your long bones have fused, can't make you taller. It can encourage
muscle mass growth, in overdoses it can make your fingers and face grow, but it can't make you taller after your body has decided it's grown enough and closed the growth areas. In other words, Kimi and any other product that purports to stimulate HGH is expensive crap if you're done growing naturally and probably is if you're not too.
Surgery can make you taller, but you'll probably look slightly odd and out of proportion, even aside from the pain and expense involved. If you want to look subtly strange if that's what it takes to get taller and have that kind of money, good luck in the future.
Otherwise your best bet is to try and accept your natural height.
