ZMA Dreams - wtf??

I got some ZMA on friday and that **** it weird as hell... I take it about 1/2 hour before i go to bed and then i just kinda fall asleep, but while im dreaming it is like almost real... Its like im actually awake and at an amusement park or soemthing. I assume that theres nothing wreong with this but wtf?

Like last night i had a dream that i was at adventure island, then the building i was in crumbled under ground. Then i had to climb to the top thru an elevator shaft and then i stole a car and watched the guy who was with me get hit with an antenae form a car (like in the wax commercial, some guy just threw it at him :confused: ). You cant even begin to make up that stuff...

I just thought i'd share, but do you guys ever get weird ass vivid dreams on zma???

That's one of the side effects of a ZMA supplement, lucid dreaming. Sometimes you can be so aware that you'll be able to control yourself, knowing that it's only a dream, (only happened once to me, but it was pretty damn cool).

i had a doozy of a dream last night. i work on the flightline (on a jet) and in my dream i was with a guy i work with and one of the huge purple covenent tanks from halo was shooting at us. my friend jumped in a warthog and started unloading. this went on for a few seconds then my boss radios me from a truck and is like "you're done, go home"

i woke up like WTF. i play too many video games.

nyquil gives me even more jacked up dreams

Had a few wierd dreams for the first week or so then they tapered off.

Sadly this has happened to me as well! I was wondering if it was because we had a Zinc deficiency that is now sorted - ZMA doesn't even seem to knock me out like it used to.

Ive had a lucid dream before, this makes me want to get ZMA, becuase when i controlled myself in that dream that one time it was the coolest thing EVER! I even got in a fight with a big monster and I made time slow down like in the matrix when hes doing a kick or something, its really really cool!

those dreams are the BEST...when you actually know its a dream so you just go crazy and do stuff that you only wish you could do in real life.

I just picked up my Tribulus and ZMA so maybe ill have some of these lucid dreams =)
