ZMA Question

I've been taking ZMA now for about 3 weeks and find that it is working well.
The thing is im taking a prolab version in which im paying about 40 bucks a bottle (90) pills...

I went tot he nature food and suppliment store and checked out hwo much it cost to get the products individually....

ZMA from prolab contains in each pill 150 MG of magnesium and 6 mgrams of B6 and 15 mgrams of zinc.....

The closest and cheapest combo I found at the store is a bottle of 200 b6 pills for 10 bucks...but they are 100 mg....I couldn't find lower doses

Then I found a zing magnisium mixture that had vitamin C and Vitamen D...
each tablet has 250 mg of magnesium and 50 mg of zinc and 250 mg of vitamin C and 20 mg of vitamen D

the bottle of 200 goes for 18 bucks...so basically I'll be saving some cash by just taking the above....

The question is 100 mg of b6 too much , should i be concerned?

Also any concern about taking the Vitamin D....I have already been taking C so it works out...never took D.

$40 bux a bottle is way too much...

Spinellinutrition.com - optimum nutrition ZMA ~$11
Supplementdirect.com - NOW Nutrition ZMA ~$10

I've used both and they both are fine. I stack it with trib.

Problem is im in canada so it's a little mor epricey here...the only place I found that had it with Trib was the GNC store and it was double the price about 67 bucks for the bottle...

Does anyone know a way to get this naturally? I mean both are naturally occuring - one should be able to modify one's diet a little...
