ZMA= weird dreams!!

WOW! Ever since I started taking my homemade ZMA, what, a week ago, (missed a few days), I've been having super weird dreams. I know other people have experienced this because I saw it in the otehr ZMA thread. What do you think causes this? Deeper sleep caused by the muscle relaxation or what? I almost NEVER used to have dreams before I started ZMA, but now it's almost nightly.

Really weird lol.

I have been taking ZMA for 3 weeks now, I know what you mean about waking up and feeling great, but if I am having weird dreams I don't remember them.

Well... It's my own homemade ZMA:

one tab of 450mg magnesium
one tab of 25mg zinc
1/4 tab of 50mg B-6 (about 12.5mg)

I have taken ZMA in the past (1yr ago apprx) and I could also say that yea the dreams do become more frequent and I rarley ever have one. I also felt great waking up the next morning. I never really got too into it though, due to the fact its suppost to be taken on a empty stomach. Ill usually have a small meal (200-300cal) around 10-11 just to kick up the calorie count a bit more.

I might just try it again though, just got the way you feel in the morning

Increases test production by 30%, helps you sleep better, also, most people are zinc and magnesium deficient, and it helps you get your share.

Do you have to split the b-6?
is 50mg of zinc ok to take?

for instance I bought some pills
I would take 2 250 mg magnesium
1 50 mg zinc
1 50 mg b-6 is that ok?

well i take 200-400mg magnesium
25mg zinc
between 125-250mg B-6
(im not sure on mine though, its pyridoxine hydrochloride, 8 hour sustained release)

i don't really think im on a clone to ZMA but these are minerals i figure i may be deficient in at the moment, especially since changing my diet and boosting cardio big time.

if the label on your B-6 says its ok to take the whole tab, then i reckon you might as well.
