Amanda's Contest Journal!

So I did take pics last weekend, but have had no internet for a while! I'll get them off the camera tomorrow before work though. My starting weight however is 153.5lbs Ever since DS stopped breastfeeding the weight just seem to be coming off no problem. Well one problem. My belly isn't keeping up and the skin is still kind of stretched....

Oh well I can almost fit in to ALL my old clothes Should've waited a little longer so the results could've been included in the contest lol

Well. they're still big. I don't have time just now to resize again so I'll do it a bit later!

Hey Amanda, thanks for posting up in this. I'm really looking forward to watching your progress in this. And considering what you've done before and just have a little baby fat to deal with, I think you are gonna do great.

No worries on the pic size. If you want to do them over later, you can use imageshack, it's free and gives you thumbnails that will enlarge to a full size pic if you want.

so little update is that I've not been going to the gym.... I've been doing pushups, situps, and squats either in the morning, or before bed, but it's been alot of arguing when I go to the gym after putting my son to bed so I stopped going to stop the arguing. We talked about it again last night and it seems the bf may pick up my son on Tues, and Thurs. so I can go right after work. Then I would go at least once on the weekends as well. so that is the plan as of now. I have gained a couple pounds over the holidays, but that will soon be cured

So still no gym, but I do workout at home. My BF still doesn't want to pick my son up after work if he doesn't have to. So I told him starting next week I'm going to go back to going after I put him to bed. My son works out with me when I workout at home though lmao. He tries to do pushups, squats, sit ups. I love it. What's not here is the eating. I use to do really good. Not so much anymore. Still making progress just slow progress so I'm going to start keeping track of everything I eat again for a few weeks and hope that helps.

Hi Amanda. Slow progress is way better than no progress. It appears you are doing what you can as you are able. That's so much better than just saying, "I've got a baby now and can't work out any more". Keep up the good effort.
