Don't forget the newspapers. Sure, we did extend the start date until the first Saturday in January to encourage more participation...but the earlier you start, the more time you have.

Those who start now will have a big jump on those who wait till the last minute.

Sorry I was unable to start everyone's individual contest thread, but without something to put into it...I can't. So just start your own and post your pics.

I'll be having my own fat pale pics taken today.

Hey everyone. Just three so far? Now you can see that it's just us average folks (and well elitelift) working to improve ourselves. No superman or spiderwoman here. Just normal people making ourselves better through our hard work. So don't be shy. When you see mine and remember me from a year ago...I'm gonna be the worst with the most room for improvement. Come on now...lets get this thing going.

A borrowed digital camera will work as well as one you own. As will a cell phone pic that is e-mailed to you.
