Ladies and gentlemen of the jury; here's me in all my ignominy:
BEFORE
182cm tall and weighing in at around 73kg.
AFTER
we'll just have to wait and see.
Training plan: much the same as I have been doing, mostly Crossfit, likely with more Oly lifting thrown in. Greater attention will be paid to diet; gonna get me in the Zone.
Goals: weigh in at 77+kg with a similar (if not slightly
lower fat) body composition. Greatly improve athletic work capacity.
