Well, we can see you workout. You got six months...show us what you can do with it. But before it counts...you've got to do it with a national paper that we can verify the date with...including a closeup of the paper. Notice how I did mine.

My goal is to get to 150lbs in lean muscle, mostly strength.
My max bench as of now is 250 i plan to get 300 by the end of may.
I do not want to get any fat on me so im hoping to stay lean. 10lbs in 6 months yeah im pretty sure thats possible.

I did curl 70s in each arm one time yes. and 135 on a straightbar
And perini i will not be able to do that because my phone doesnt zoom in and i dont have a digital camera. Those pics were taken on the 1st of december,
