Your 'ideal' weight would prob be 170-180 at the least! Pack on some
lean mass and don't worry so much about what the scale says.
About the loose skin --- I've read that it tightens on its own. I've heard vitamin A and E help as well, but who knows.
Hopefully someone more knowledgable will jump in.
But the 140-145 --- no, not for your height, thats way too light.... WAY too light. I'm 6'1 and I weighed 174 before and I looked awful!
