HELP NEEDED!!! BF% and AVOID LOOSE SKIN!!!

Hey, i'm new posting to forum but been searching around for a while. Right now, I am 21 years old. 5'10 and weigh 174. Before that I weighed about 205-210. My ideal weight is about 140-145. I intense jog 3 x a week. And tone my body up the rest. My diet is no junk, sugar, or fried food.
I need your guys advice, What do you think the range of my body fat % is? Here are my pics:

If you need anymore pic, just tell me.

Also do you think I can avoid excess skin that hangs?
For example, like this guy:

You DONT want to weight 140-145, are you a girl?!

Your 'ideal' weight would prob be 170-180 at the least! Pack on some lean mass and don't worry so much about what the scale says.

About the loose skin --- I've read that it tightens on its own. I've heard vitamin A and E help as well, but who knows.

Hopefully someone more knowledgable will jump in.

But the 140-145 --- no, not for your height, thats way too light.... WAY too light. I'm 6'1 and I weighed 174 before and I looked awful!

Your links don't work. You need to share them to let other see them.

Why do you feel that 145 is your ideal weight?

Be more specific. What do you do to tone up your body?
What does intense jog mean? How long?
Detail out what you eat and what time of day?

I agree with the above.

For the most part youngster's have pretty resilient skin.

Being consistent with training and diet keep this fear minimized.

Toning- losing subcantenous fat while MAINTAINING muscle mass.

Jogging alone will do the opposite. You don't need much muscle to jog around the block. Many older folks have loose skin because of mind numbing jogs and diets too low in calories.

Your links are broken, so it's a bit hard to advise. But I think you should put on some quality lean mass (muscle) and continue the running.

WOW.....21 years old and you are worried about "hanging" skin...Also for 5'10" in height, 140-145lbs is WAY too thin...At your ideal weight of 170-180lbs, you haven't lost enough weight (from 205) to be worryng about skin hangage problems...Your young skin is FULL of elasticity...Worry more about toning whatcha got at the weight you are carrying now...And I am thinking the word "HOTT AS HELL"........
