Knee pain and ITB Syndrome

Hi all.
I am taking spinning lessons 3 times a week and lately got this pain in my knee. The pain is not so bad and I can cycle without feeling any pain during lessons but later I can feel the lower part of my knee.
Is it ITB Syndrome ?

If you haven't already, have the instructor check your seat adjustment. I think you can get knee pain if the seat is too high, which causes you to hyperextend your knee.

Thanks. I actually think my seat is too low but maybe I am sitting too close. I will ask my instructor to check
