I was working out three days ago, doing well on my P90 plan and working out with my new set of 20
pound dumbells, when I get to my dips, which I've done for almost 2 months.
As I'm doing the last two, I feel this twinge on the inside of my pec on rep 6-7, which hurts when I do it the 8th time. Just along the inside of the pec, in the breastbone. Right pec.
I stopped and since it was the end of the work out, I figured it was ok. I gave myself the next day off, slathered it up in Icy Hot and took an Aleve(which really works for muscle pain, let me tell you). The next day it really hurt and I had a hard time moving my arm in certain directions. Took the day off like I said, and then I took the next day(now I'm two days short on my work out.

I figured I'd be ok after two days and while my pec doesn't hurt as badly today, it still has that twang on the inside of the pec which hurts sometimes.
Should I give it some few more days? Am I destroying everything I've built or will 4-5 days off of rest be fine for me to recoup.
Help.
