Obliques.........how do I train them??


Could I get some info on how to train the obliques??.........tried doing a search but came up empty. Thanks much.

Weighted side bends. Take a dumbell in one hand, bend over to that side as far as you can and straighten back up. Repeat with the other side.

Crunches with a twist. instead of coming with your elbows to your knees...bring your right elbow to your left knee...then on the next one your left elbow to your right knee.
