stacker 3 (more for energy than fat loss)
pre-workout:
superpump (NO product)
stacker 3
1 scoop ON whey
post workout:
1 scoop ON whey
size-on (creatine)
mid-day:
2 scoops true mass (extra daily cals)
1 scoop ON whey
before bed
ZMA (test production)

For the last several months, twice a day as a meal 2 scoops whey in milk with a banana.
Preparing for a cutting diet now so it's only once a day on workout days.
Friday night before bed test e. (I don't have test production)
That's about it.
When cutting the whey will be unused for 12 weeks.

half a serving of multivitamin when i wake up 2p.m. and the other half 2a.m. at work during break... in addition to that, workout days only I take my pre and post PrimaForceCEE + O.N. Whey protien... i try not to waste the whey on off days. but working night shift does throw things outta whack.

i work night shift too. ill usually take my wake up stuff and pre-workout stuff at the same time. for me it's usually
wake up 4pm, take multi, whey, NO, EFA, stacker
gym
post workout stuff
dinner around 630-7pm
go to work at 1030
truemass at 1100-1130pm
sammich or leftovers around 3am
leftovers or sammich at 8am at home
ZMA
sleep
curious V, what kind of milk are you putting in your whey as a meal replacement? id go with whole personally. as meal replacement putting it in skim would make it obsorb way too fast. the fat in the whole would allow it to kind of slow release giving you longer lasting benifit from a fast digesting protein.
no whey at all for cutting? what's your logic there? if you're lifting it seems like that would be the last thing you'd want to cut from your diet.

Whole milk. Sometimes I like skim for post workout to improve absorption but really, whole milk is best for bulking.
The reason for no whey for cutting is because it's a high fat, moderate protein, low carb diet.
I will be eating 10 cals/lb and 60% of those cals will come from fat and 35% from protein, with 5% from carbs. I'll get everything from whole foods rather than shakes. 35% protein coming from my calories will still be well over 2g/lb, far more than is needed to keep muscle.
Note...forgot, doc changed me from enanthate to cypionate. so it's test c instead of e. Oh yeah, and for bulking I use flintstones multivitamins, and take two...and creatine...lots of it. Gaining 20-30lbs in 12 weeks takes at least two flintstones a day.

ditto, in addition to my wake up vitamin, and cee/protien drink, ill eat a cup of oatmeal with some cinnamon and peanut butter, right now a clementine, but whatever fruit i have available. I know alot of people like to go upon wakeup on an empty stomache, but i need carbs... im totally dead if i dont eat.

Mins and vits only, other sups make people rich and are not needed.
All you require is in real food

word! that is probably the most ideal,
but from what im aware of, good sources of creatine come from rich red steaks and super lean beef... not so sure i could afford that, so I go with a $25 supplement of creatine that will last 9-10 months.

I am using D-Fine protein shake (tastes like ****, will be changing when the tub is done), Tribulus testosterone booster capsules and N.O Xplode performance enhancer shake-type-thing.Only been using them for a short period of time so in terms of muscle gain I can only note minor improvements, however the N.O Xplode product is the tits. Can train twice as hard after a couple of scoops. If you looking to really push yourself I would recommend it. The testosterone booster is also noticeable, seems to spur me on to want to train harder,

depends on where you buy. if you're buying everything at GNC standard prices, yea, you're putting down a weeks paycheck a month. if you look around you can find things a helluva lot cheaper online. i havent done a breakdown of what i spend a month but i may do that just to put things into perspective.
