Sad yet amazing ....

News story about the early death of a strong man: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/34818457/ns/us_news-life/

We may not know whether meat eating or vegetarian is healthier yet but the one constant is regular strength and conditioning exercise

Wow !

Sad that a man who lives to be 104 dies from a traffic accident and amazing that this man of 104 lived a life of fitness and discipline (vegetarian eating) and still had his health at age 104, enough to bend quarters!

I loved reading about the history of strength events he was involved in.

The point is that he was an exceptional being yet even though he could control his own life and actions, he could not avoid death at the hands of someone else.
