splints are the worst, I used to get them from skipping. I worked through it, eventually the pain lessened. However a professional may disagree with this method, consult a doctor.

Ahh, there's the rub. I have, and I'm in physical therapy. What's frustrating is being questioned about it every single time in such a way to make me think they're not paying attention to me or not believing me. They are just as baffled.
